摘要
磷石膏是湿法工艺生产磷酸后的工业副产物,目前亟需开展大规模综合消纳利用。以磷石膏复合稳定碎石道路基层材料作为研究对象,分析测试了磷石膏复合稳定碎石的最大干密度及最佳含水率的变化规律。结合配合比优选试验,对30%掺量磷石膏的基层材料试件进行相关性能分析测试,探究了无机结合料、稳定剂对力学性能及环保性能的影响。实验结果表明,随着磷石膏含量的增加,最佳含水率上升呈正相关,干密度则相反。室内实验数据表明,掺加适量无机结合料及稳定剂的磷石膏复合稳定碎石试件力学性能远大于路面基层规范要求,且总磷、总氟化物、总汞等各项指标均满足环保标准要求。
Phosphogypsum is an industrial by-product after the production of phosphoric acid by the wet process and exists in large quantities mainly in the form of stockpiles.The research took phosphogypsum-based cement composite stabilized gravel road base material as the research background,summarized the maximum dry density and best water content variation law.Combined with the optimal ratio test,this paper investigated the influence of inorganic binding material and stabilizer on the mechanical properties and environmental performance of 30%admixture phosphogypsum road base material.The experimental results show that with the increase of phosphogypsum content,the best water content is positively correlated,while the dry density is the opposite.8%of inorganic binding and 1%of stabilizer doping specimens’strength is much greater than the pavement subgrade specification requirements,and the total phosphorus,total fluoride,total mercury and other indicators meet the requirements of environmental standards.
