乙醇-硫酸铵双水相体系提取独一味苯乙醇苷

Extraction of Lamiophlomis rotata Phenylethanol Glycosides by Ethanolammonium Sulfate Two-phase System

摘要 目的:基于乙醇-硫酸铵双水相体系,制备独一味中苯乙醇苷类化合物。方法:以不同质量分数的乙醇-硫酸铵双水相体系提取独一味苯乙醇苷类化合物,以连翘酯苷B为标准品测定其含量。结果:当乙醇含量为33%、硫酸铵含量为17%时,苯乙醇苷得率达到92.08±0.09 mg/g。结论:双水相萃取优化过程简单、效果显著,可作为独一味有效成分提取的一种绿色新方法。 Objective:To prepare the phenylethanol glycosides in Lamiophlomis rotata based on the ethanolammonium sulfate two-phase aqueous system.Method:The Lamiophlomis rotata phenylethanol glycosides were extracted with different mass fractions of ethanol-ammonium sulfate two-phase system,and its content was determined with forsythiaside B as the standard.Results:When the content of ethanol was 33% and the content of ammonium sulfate was 17%,the yield of phenylethanol glycoside reached 92.08±0.09 mg/g.Conclusion:The optimization process of aqueous two-phase extraction is simple and the effect is remarkable,which can be used as a new green method for the extraction of Lamiophlomis rotata active ingredients.
