基于光谱重建技术的遥感图像复原方法

摘要 以提升遥感图像质量为目的,设计基于光谱重建技术的遥感图像复原方法。首先通过光谱反射率重建模型重建遥感图像光谱反射率;采用混沌优化算法改进混沌粒子群算法,采用其优化遥感图像光谱反射率重建模型参数,提升光谱反射率重建精度,然后依据优化后的光谱反射率、入射光亮度与透射率建立遥感图像复原模型进行遥感图像复原,最后进行了仿真实验,结果表明,本方法复原后的遥感图像清晰度高,在运动模糊条件依旧能够有效复原遥感图像,在不同波段时,复原遥感图像时的峰值信噪比高,对比度大,即遥感图像复原清晰度高、抗噪声能力优。 In order to improve the quality of remote sensing images,a remote sensing image restoration method based on spectral reconstruction technology is designed.Firstly,the spectral reflectance of remote sensing image is re-constructed by spectral reflectance reconstruction model;Chaos optimization algorithm is used to improve chaos particle swarm optimization algorithm,optimize the parameters of spectral reflectance reconstruction model of remote sensing image,improve the accuracy of spectral reflectance reconstruction,and then establish a remote sensing image restora-tion model based on the optimized spectral reflectance,incident light brightness and transmittance for remote sensing image restoration.Finally,a simulation experiment is carried out,and the results show that the remote sensing image sharpness after the restoration is improved,The remote sensing image can still be effectively restored under the condi-tion of motion blur.In different bands,the peak signal-to-noise ratio and contrast of the remote sensing image are high,that is,the remote sensing image has high restoration clarity and excellent anti-noise ability.
