标准数字化转型是标准化工作适应全球数字化发展的必然趋势,焊接材料作为量大面广的基础类连接材料,应努力在标准数字化进程中实现与国际发展进程的并跑。《焊接材料质量评价通则》认可认证标准正在制定和完善中,针对国家重大装备制造业的高端产品需求和绿色制造的发展态势,通过对标准数字化的核心要素及其内涵的分析与认识,提出了评价产品质量的项目和评价的原则,结合目前焊材认可认证标准制定中的技术思路与特点,对焊接标准数字化的实施与发展作一讨论和展望。

Standard digital transformation is inevitable trend of standardization work to adapt to global digital development,welding materials as a wide range of basic joining materials,should strive to achieve and run with international development process in the process of standard digital.“General Principles of Quality Evaluation of Welding Materials”is being formulated and improved,in view of demand for advanced products in national major equipment manufacturing industry and development trend of green manufacturing,through analysis and understanding of core elements and connotation of standard digitization,project and principle of evaluation of product quality are put forward,and implementation and development of welding standard digitization are discussed and prospected in combination with technical ideas and characteristics in the formulation of welding material recognition.
