Training Path and Guarantee Mechanism of New Business Talents under the Background of Digital Economy

面对数字化商业模式和业态结构的冲击,高校必须及时转变新商科人才培养的思路,以快速适应数字经济时代对新商科人才的需求。该文从高水平专业群建设、数字化管理课程体系改革、数字化实践教学体系构建、数字化师资队伍建设和教师职能转变等方面对新商科人才培养路径进行深入探讨,并设计政产学研协同育人机制、人才培养评价机制、人才培养激励机制等保障机制,促进新商科人才数字化素养的不断提升。

Facing the impact of digital business model and business structure,it is necessary to change the think-ing of training new business talents in time to quickly adapt to the demand for new business talents in the era of digital economy.From the construction of high-level professional groups,the reform of digital management cur-riculum system,the construction of digital practice teaching system and the construction of digital teaching staff,this paper deeply discusses the training path of new business talents,and designs the guarantee mechanism such as the collaborative education mechanism of government,industry,university and research,talent training evalua-tion mechanism and talent training incentive mechanism to promote the continuous improvement of digital literacy of new business talents.
