新时代高校劳动教育与创新创业教育协同育人体系探索

Exploration on the System of Collaborative Education of Labor Education and Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Colleges and Universities in the New Era

高校劳动教育与创新创业教育都是为了适应时代发展而进行的理念更新和模式转变,其最终的人才培养目的使得二者存在紧密的内在联系,教育目的的互促性、教育方法的交融性、教育内容的互通性为二者的融合共生提供了可能性和必要性。将劳动教育与创新创业教育融合纳入人才培养全过程,对实现人的全面发展、促进乡村振兴、夯实国家创新基础具有丰富的价值意蕴。基于这一认识,以培育时代创新型人才为出发点,建构了“三大任务体系”“三大实施体系”和“四大保障体系”环环相扣、紧密相连的新时代高校劳动教育与创新创业教育协同育人体系。

Both labor education and innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities are conceptual updates and paradigm changes to meet the development of the times.Their ultimate purpose of talent cultivation makes them closely interconnected.The mutual promotion of educational purposes,the blending of educational methods,and the interoperability of educational content provide the possibility and necessity for their integration and symbiosis.The integration of labor education and innovation and entrepreneurship education into the whole process of talent training has rich value implications for realizing the all-round development of people,promoting rural revitalization,and consolidating the national innovation foundation.Based on this understanding,with the cultivation of innovative talents of the times as the starting point,a collaborative education system of la⁃bor education and innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in the new era has been constructed,which is closely linked by the“three task systems”,“three implementation systems”and“four secu⁃rity systems”.
