新时代中小学劳动教育的思政价值及资源开发途径

The Significance and Resource Development of Primary and Secondary School Labor Education in the New Era

新时代,党和国家对劳动教育提出了新的要求,将劳动教育提升至与德、智、体、美同样重要的战略高度。开发丰富的劳动教育资源是开展劳动教育的基础和前提。该文从国家、个人、综合育人三个方面阐述新时代劳动教育的思政价值,从建立多学科融合的劳动教育课程体系、提高教师资源开发与利用的能力、建立健全家校社共育机制三个方面指明了劳动教育资源开发利用的有效途径。

In the new era,the Party and the State put forward new requirements for labor education,which pro⁃motes labor education to the strategic height as important as morality,intelligence,physical and beauty.Rich la⁃bor education resources are an important premise and foundation for carrying out labor education.This paper firstly expounds the ideological and political value of labor education in the new era from three aspects:the State,the individual,and comprehensive education.Secondly,it points out effective ways to develop and utilize labor education resources from three aspects:establishing a multidisciplinary curriculum system of labor education,im⁃proving teachers’ability to develop and utilize resources,and establishing and perfecting the home-school coeducation mechanism.
