摘要
针对机械原理课程体系结构僵化且内容枯燥难懂、教师教学方法和手段落后、课堂教学质量和效果不佳、学生创新能力和创新精神缺乏、部分学生思想政治素养不高的问题,团队以立德树人为根本任务,围绕“重塑课程、翻转课堂、增强能力、提升素养”的目标开展创新与实践。借鉴现代化教学方法和课程思政教学,构建FPR混合教学模式、3+X+Y项目实践模式、T+D思政育人模式,培养具有扎实理论基础、系统工程思维、卓越创新能力、优秀综合素养的当代人才。课程教学效果显著,具有良好的示范辐射作用和较好的推广效果。
There are some problems in the Mechanical Principles course:the course system and structure is rigid and the content is boring and difficult to understand;teachers’teaching methods and methods are backward and the quality and effect of classroom teaching are poor;students lack innovation ability and spirit;some students’ideological and political literacy is low.In view of the problems,the team carries out innovation and practice with fostering virtue through education as the fundamental mission,around the goals of“reshaping the course,flipping the classroom,enhancing the ability,and improving the literacy”.Drawing lessons from modern teaching methods and ideological and political teaching,the team constructs the FPR blended teaching model,the 3+X+Y project practice model,and the T+D ideological and political education model,in order to cultivate contemporary talents with solid theoretical foundations,system engineering thinking,prominent innovation ability,and excellent comprehensive quality.The teaching effect is remarkable,with good demonstration and radiation effect and good pro⁃motion effect.
