工程风险管理教育改革及其虚拟实践教育模式

Engineering Risk Management Educational Reform and Its Virtual Practice Education Mode

工程风险管理是工程类专业面向工程项目潜在风险进行控制和管理的一类课程,与工程实践活动密切相关。相关工程实践活动存在场景单一、安全风险大、工程认知效果不佳等问题,造成理论与实践严重脱节。为此,针对该类课程进行教学目标、教学内容、教学方法、教学反馈与评估四个方面的教育改革,建立基于虚拟实践教育模式的教学体系,开发对应的“工程风险管理案例库(ERMCL)”系统,并将其应用于长沙理工大学2020级工程管理专业本科生教学。学生基于ERMCL进行了以案例为载体的工程风险管理虚拟实践,结果表明:基于虚拟实践教育模式的工程风险管理教育改革效果良好。

Engineering Risk Management is a class of courses to control and manage the potential risks of engi⁃neering projects for engineering-related majors,and is closely related to engineering practice activities.Because of the problems of single scene,high safety risk and poor engineering cognition effect in related engineering prac⁃tice activities,the theory and practice are seriously separated.For the above problems,the curriculum educational reform was implemented from four aspects:teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching methods,and teaching feedback and evaluation.A system was established based on the virtual practice education mode,and the Engi⁃neering Risk Management Case Library(ERMCL)was developed in this study.The educational reform and ERMCL were applied to teach the 2020 students majoring in engineering management at Changsha University of Science and Technology.With the ERMCL,students participated in the virtual practice of engineering risk man⁃agement based on cases.The feedback results showed that the Engineering Risk Management educational reform based on virtual practice education mode had a good effect.
