摘要
元认知监控是元认知的一个重要组成部分,它是个体在进行认知活动的全过程中,对自己认知水平进行评价的一种内在心理能力。该文作者在理解元认知监控的基本原理和框架的基础上,梳理了有关元认知监控的研究方法。结合以往研究举例说明了如何进行元认知监控的测量。结合元认知监控内涵机制探索在教学中的正确应用,并在今后有关教学活动中如何激发学生的元认知监控提出自己的想法和思路。
Metacognitive monitoring is an important component of metacognition,which is an inner psychological ability to evaluate one’s own cognitive level during the process of cognitive activities.The writer sorts out the re⁃search methods on metacognitive monitoring based on understanding the basic principles and framework of meta⁃cognitive monitoring.Combining previous research,it illustrates how to measure metacognitive monitoring.Based on the connotation mechanism of metacognitive monitoring,it explores the correct application of metacognitive monitoring in teaching and puts forward personal ideas on how to stimulate students’metacognitive monitoring in future teaching activities.
