1+X证书制度下高职早期教育专业“课证融通”的现实困境与消弭路径——以G校为例

摘要 1+X证书制度是学历教育的补充,在深化“课证融通”上起到了重要的作用。早期教育作为涉及民生工程的重要专业,其人才培养质量关乎托育事业的发展。该研究采用问卷调查法,调查和探讨了职业院校在实施1+X证书制度过程中存在的现实困境,并提出三条破除困境的对策:完善配套制度,激发内生动力;加强“课证融通”,提高育人成效;深化校企合作,提高信息化水平。 As a supplement to academic education,the 1+X certificate system plays an important role in deepen⁃ing“curriculum-certificate integration”.Early education is an important major related to projects of people’s livelihood,and the quality of its talent training is related to the development of the childcare industry.This study uses the questionnaire survey method to investigate and explore the practical dilemma existing in vocational colleges in the process of implementing the 1+X certificate system,and proposes three countermeasures to overcome the dilemma:improve the supporting system and stimulating endogenous motivation;strengthening“curriculumcertificate integration”,and improving the effectiveness of education;deepening school-enterprise cooperation and improving the level of informatization.
