高职专科信息技术新课标下教师队伍建设研究——以昆明冶金高等专科学校为例

Research on the Construction of Teacher Team Under the New Curriculum Standards of Information Technology in Vocational Colleges:Taking Kunming Metallurgy College as a Case

摘要 针对高职专科信息技术课程教师普遍存在的年龄老化严重、知识固化、躺平思想、不思进取、知识陈旧、对IT行业新技术认知盲区、融合系列新技术能力匮乏、基础薄弱、自我提高学习困难、生活琐事繁多、没空学习、没盼头等诸多困境,从源头活水、老骥伏枥、激励斗志、进修培训、引进企业导师、内外一对一帮扶互助、优化考评等方法来解决教师队伍建设存在的系列问题。以昆明冶金高等专科学校信息技术课程教师为例,通过对教师状况进行深度剖析,提出从政府层面、学校层面、二级学院、教研室层面以及个人主观层面共同努力的解决方案,从而对信息技术课程教师队伍优化建设提供参考依据。 Teachers of the“Information Technology”course in vocational colleges generally face many difficulties,such as severe aging,knowledge solidification,flat thinking,lack of progress,outdated knowledge,blind spots in understanding new technologies in the IT industry,lack of ability to integrate new technologies,weak foundation,difficulty in self-improvement learning,tedious life,lack of time to learn,and lack of hope.We will solve a series of problems in the construction of the teaching team through methods such as promoting the source of vitality,encouraging the old to cherish high aspirations,motivating the fighting spirit,conducting further training,introducing corporate mentors,providing one-on-one assistance and mutual assistance from both internal and external sources,and optimizing evaluation.Taking the information technology course teachers of Kunming Metallurgy College as an example,through in-depth analysis of the teacher's situation,a solution is proposed to work together from the government level,school level,secondary college level,teaching and research department level,as well as individual subjective level,thus providing a reference basis for the optimization and construction of the information technology curriculum teacher team.
