高职院校法律文化素质教育课程开发探索与实践——以“一带一路”法律文化为例

Exploration and Practice on the Curriculum Development of Legal Culture Quality Education in Higher Vocational Colleges:Taking the Legal Culture of the Belt and Road Initiative as an Example

以“一带一路”法律文化课程为例探索高职院校法律文化素质教育课程开发。“一带一路”倡议的提出和深入推进赋予了高职院校法律文化素质教育新使命。“一带一路”法律文化课程目标包括思政目标、知识目标和能力目标,课程开发遵循以“课程思政”为引领、文化素质教育与专业教育相融合的原则。课程开发的过程主要包括教学内容的确定、教学资源库的建设、教学方法的采用和教学考核的实施。“一带一路”法律文化课程建设效果好,课程共享范围广,为提高高职院校学生“一带一路”法律文化应用能力,培养具有良好的法律文化素质、职业道德与创新意识的新时代丝路文明传承者做出了积极贡献。

The paper takes the“Belt and Road Initiative”legal culture course as an example to explore the curriculum development of legal culture quality education in higher vocational colleges.The proposal and further promotion of the“Belt and Road Initiative”has given a new mission to legal and cultural quality education in higher vocational colleges.The legal culture curriculum goal of the“Belt and Road Initiative”includes ideological and political goals,knowledge goals and ability goals.The curriculum development follows the principle of the integration of cultural quality education and professional education under the guidance of“curriculum ideology and politics”.The process of curriculum development mainly includes the determination of teaching content,the construction of teaching resource database,the adoption of teaching methods and the implementation of teaching assessment.The construction effect of the“Belt and Road Initiative”legal culture course is good,and the scope of the course sharing is wide.In order to improve the application ability of the“Belt and Road Initiative”legal culture of students in higher vocational colleges,it has made a positive contribution to training the inheritors of silk road civilization in the new era with good legal cultural quality,professional ethics and innovative consciousness.
