船板钢的成分性能要求及研究现状

摘要 船板钢作为船舶制造和海洋工程的核心材料之一,其性能与质量直接影响着海洋工业的可靠性和安全性。综述了特殊服役条件下对船板钢化学成分以及性能的要求,介绍了船板钢的开发特点以及国内外生产船板钢的关键技术,分析了船板钢未来的发展方向,旨在为钢铁企业船板钢的开发提供借鉴。 Ship-building steel plates are one of the key materials for ship-building and marine engineering,their properties and quality directly influence the reliability and safety in terms of the marine industry.Given this situation,the requirements for chemical compositions and properties of ship-building steel plates in service under special conditions were summarized and then the development characteristics concerning the ship-building steel plates and the key technologies for producing them at home and abroad were introduced.After that the future development direction of ship-building steel plates was analyzed,aiming at providing the reference for developing such steel plates in iron and steel enterprises.
