摘要
利用Thermol-calc软件、光学显微镜、扫描电镜等手段对27%Cr铁素体不锈钢在不同初轧温度下的微观组织及析出行为进行了研究。结果表明,随着初轧温度的降低,钢中会依次析出TiNb(CN)和σ、Laves有害相;随着初轧温度的升高,不锈钢热轧板条带状铁素体组织被拉长,晶界σ和晶内Laves有害相逐渐减少至消失。
The microstructures in the 27%Cr ferrite stainless steel at different rough rolling temperatures and their precipitation behaviors were studied by means such as Thermol-calc software,optical microscope and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The study results showed that TiNb(CN),σand Laves destructive phases would be precipitated successively with the reduction of rough rolling temperatures,while with the rough rolling temperature increased,the banded ferrite in a hot-rolled stainless steel sheet was elongated,andσphase at grain boundaries and Laves destructive phase in the grain interior gradually decreased until they disappeared.
