基于海洋用钢的电磁感应中间包内夹杂物去除行为影响因素数值模拟研究

Numerical Simulation Study on Influencing Factors for Removal Behavior of Inclusions in Electromagnetic Induction Tundish Based on Marine Steel

摘要 电磁感应过程是一种有效且便捷的外源冶金手段,旨在改变夹杂物动力学过程。通过有限元分析,将焦耳热和Lorentz力作为源项导入能量守恒方程和动量方程中。基于有限体积法,探讨自由液面分别在渣层、壁面和通道的吸附条件下钢液中夹杂物的碰撞长大去除情况。研究结果表明:自由液面渣层吸附对夹杂物的去除效果最好,而壁面吸附和通道吸附相差不大,自由液面渣层、通道和壁面吸附对去除夹杂物的贡献依次为51.29%、21.84%、26.87%,自由液面渣层的贡献最大。 The electromagnetic induction process is an effective and convenient exogenous metallurgical means,aiming at changing the dynamics process for inclusions.Through finite element analysis,Joule heat and Lorentz force as source terms were introduced into the energy conservation equation and momentum equation.Based on the finite volume method,the collision growth and removal state of the inclusions in the molten steel were discussed under such adsorption conditions as at the slag layer,on the wall surface and in the channel of free liquid surface.The study results showed that the adsorption at the slag layer of the free liquid surface had the best effect for removing inclusions,while the adsorption on the wall and the adsorption in the channel were pretty much the same,their contribution rates for removing inclusions were respectively 51.29%,21.84%and 26.87%in order.So the adsorption contribution from the slag layer of free liquid surface was the greatest.
