模拟微生物膜作用下AH32船用钢的腐蚀行为

摘要 在AH32船用钢表面制备了模拟微生物膜,对模拟微生物膜覆盖下的AH32钢在海水中的腐蚀行为进行了研究。研究结果表明,模拟微生物膜覆盖下AH32钢的腐蚀速率随着海水流速、温度的升高而增大,海水中NaCl浓度对腐蚀速率影响较小。膜内FeS以及膜外有机酸使AH32船用钢的腐蚀速率显著增大,基于海藻酸钠/FeS复合体系模拟生物膜的存在显著改变了AH32船用钢的腐蚀行为。 A simulated biofilm was prepared on the surface of the AH32 steel for ship-building and then the corrosion behavior of the AH32 steel covered with the simulated biofilm in seawater was studied.The study results showed that the corrosion rate of the AH32 steel covered with simulated biofilm increased with increasing velocity and temperature of seawater,and the NaCl concentration in seawater had little effect on the corrosion rate.However,the corrosion rate of the AH32 steel was significantly increased due to the presence of FeS in the membrane and organic acids outside the membrane.Therefore the corrosion behavior of the AH32 steel was significantly changed by the presence of the simulated biofilm based on the alginate sodium/FES composite system.
