摘要
《资本论》中蕴含着马克思的健康思想。马克思以关注公共卫生环境的群体健康为基础,透过资本主义社会公共卫生危机的表象,揭示了资本主义生产的内在矛盾。在对马克思健康思想的形成背景分析下,对工人阶级的生理健康、心理健康、道德健康以及家庭健康等四个方面进行阐释并得到启发,包括重视对社会实际的调查研究、健康正义需要众人维护、公共卫生危机本质是制度性危机以及所有社会成员都应承担起公共伦理责任。
Marx's health thought is implied in Das Kapital.Based on the concern for the health of the public health environment,Marx revealed the inherent contradiction of capitalist production through the presentation of public health crisis in capitalist society.Under the analysis of the background of the formation of Marx's health thought,this paper explained and drew inspiration from four aspects of working class' s physical health,mental health,moral health,and family health,including the emphasis on social reality investigation and research,the need for everyone to maintain health justice,the essence of public health crisis being an institutional crisis,and all members of society should bear public ethical responsibilities.
