摘要
针对驱动滚筒的变形量大小的问题,文中建立带式输送机驱动滚筒有限元模型,通过ANSYS软件对驱动滚筒进行静力学分析,得到驱动滚筒在不同辐板间距下不同位置的变形量,利用函数拟合得到驱动滚筒辐板间距与变形量之间的函数关系,通过函数图像得出使得滚筒整体变形量达到最小的辐板间距,使得在不改变滚筒内部结构的前提下使滚筒的变形量最小,为滚筒辐板间距设计提供参考依据。
Aiming at the problem of the deformation of the driving drum,this paper establishes a finite element model of the driving drum of belt conveyor,carries out static analysis on the driving drum using ANSYS software,and obtains the deformation of the driving drum at different positions with different web spacing.The functional relationship between the web spacing and the deformation of the driving drum is obtained by function fitting,and the web spacing that minimizes the overall deformation of the drum is obtained by function image,so that the deformation of the drum is minimized without changing the internal structure of the drum,which provides a basis for the web spacing of the drum design in the future.
