摘要
为了保证海洋地震采集装备耐压试验设备在海底能够满足耐压要求,根据压力容器国家标准进行了材料选择和结构设计,采用SolidWorks软件完成了该设备三维模型的建立,将模型导入有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench中,在完成对耐压试验设备的单元选择、网格划分、边界条件限定后,对其进行应力分析。分析结果表明,该设计可满足30 MPa的试验要求,为该设备的设计和使用提供了可靠的理论依据。
In order to ensure that the pressure test equipment of marine seismic acquisition equipment can meet the pressure resistance requirements on the seabed,material selection and structural design are carried out according to the national standards of pressure vessels.The three-dimensional model of the equipment is established based on SolidWorks software,and the model is imported into the finite element analysis software ANSYS-Workbench.After the unit selection,mesh division and boundary condition limitation of the pressure resistance test equipment are completed,the stress analysis is carried out to verify that the design meets the test requirements of 30 MPa,which provides a reliable theoretical basis for the design and use of the equipment.
