摘要
我国石油钻机电控系统临近大面积退役,为确保再制造的风险可控,首先要进行再制造升级性评价,确认有无相关价值。文中提出一种电控系统可再制造升级性评价方法。首先分析可再制造升级性评价的对象和进行可再制造升级性评价研究的意义,并据此建立判断产品可再制造升级的准则,再以经济可行性和技术可行性2个方面5个子项为基础构建可再制造升级性的评价指标,利用层次分析法构建技术指标的相关权重。以某直流电控系统的再制造升级评价为例,应用文中所述方法,结果表明该方法与市场反馈一致,证明该方法具有一定的可行性。
The electronic control system of oil drilling rig in China is about to be retired in a large area.Measures should be taken to restore performance and upgrade products at a lower cost.Firstly,the composition characteristics of electronic control system are analyzed,and then the characteristics and application scope of remanufacturing recovery and remanufacturing upgrade technology are analyzed.Then,the remanufacturing performance optimization method of retired electronic control system is studied from the aspects of performance improvement,environmental friendliness,safety,integration and related interface requirements.Taking the electronic control of a foreign project as an example,the overall performance of the remanufactured system is recognized by foreign users using the method studied in this paper.The remanufacturing performance optimization method can ensure the efficient recycling of electronic control system,and provide a reference direction for the transformation and upgrading of related industries in the future.
