摘要
为安全可靠地运输和储存航空发动机,适应现代化保障需求,设计了带有减振装置和密封结构的复材包装箱。利用有限元软件对包装箱箱体及支撑架进行强度校核,对减振系统进行模态分析。结果表明,包装箱具有足够强度,支撑架结构具有足够的刚度储备,说明复材包装箱能够有效保护发动机,满足发动机的运输和储存要求。总结了包装箱箱体成型工艺及流程,箱体制备工艺得到了验证。
In order to transport and store aero-engine safely and reliably,and to meet the requirement of support,the composite packing box with vibration damping device and sealing structure is designed.The composite packing box is made of steel and glass fiber reinforced plastic,and structure design meets the functions requirements and environmental conditions.The strength of the box and the support frame of the packing box are checked,and the modal analysis of the vibration reduction system is carried out.The results show that the packing box has sufficient strength and the support frame structure has sufficient rigidity reserve.The forming process and process of the box are summarized.The box preparation process is verified.
