摩托车液压盘式制动器的计算与校核

摘要 为了保证摩托车液压盘式制动器的制动性能,对某型摩托车的结构及相关参数进行分析并建立计算模型。通过对摩托车在常规制动及满载极端工况下的制动运行情况进行计算,确定了摩托车所需的其它技术参数,并根据GB 7258—2017(机动车运行安全技术条件)国家标准对其校核,为开发其它摩托车型的制动器提供计算依据。 In order to ensure the braking performance of the hydraulic disc brake of the motorcycle,this paper analyzes the structure and related parameters of a certain type of motorcycle and establishes a calculation model.By calculating the braking operation of the motorcycle under conventional braking and full load extreme working conditions,other technical parameters required for the motorcycle are determined,and they are checked according to the GB 7258—2017 national standard(technical conditions for motor vehicle operation safety),so as to provide a calculation basis for the development of other motorcycle types of brakes.
