液压开铁口机钻杆卡具的维修制备方法研究

钻杆卡具是某进口液压开铁口机的关键核心零件,是用于固定钻杆的装置。该钻杆卡具采用螺纹连接,因该种连接只能在一个方向上进行连接和调整,所以无法实现钻杆的反方向旋转。另外,由于螺纹表面受损时,会产生氧化层进一步损伤,这种氧化层还使得螺纹连接的咬死现象经常发生,导致钻杆无法更换,高炉被迫停炉。为了解决这一难题,把钻杆改为凹槽,采用方销穿过凹槽与钻杆卡具固定,限定钻杆的轴向窜动和径向跳动,保证了钻杆转动平稳,易于拆卸,实现了正反方向转动。同时,选用特殊的合金结构钢,巧妙设计加工工序,制备的钻杆卡具完全能够适应并满足该进口液压开铁口机的工作条件与性能要求。

Drill pipe jig is a key core part of hydraulic taphole drill imported from Germany,which is used to fix the drill pipe.The drill pipe clamp adopts thread connection,because the connection can only be connected and adjusted in one direction,so the drill pipe cannot rotate in the opposite direction.In addition,due to the damage of the thread surface,the oxide layer will produce further damage,this oxide layer also makes the biting phenomenon of the threaded connection occur frequently,which makes it impossible to replace the drill pipe and the blast furnace is forced to shut down.In order to solve this problem,the drill pipe is changed into a groove,and the square pin is fixed with the drill pipe clamp through the groove,which limits the axial movement and radial run-out of the drill pipe and ensures the steady rotation of the drill pipe and is easy to disassemble,the positive and negative rotation is realized.At the same time,using special alloy structural steel,skillfully designed processing procedures,the drill pipe fixture can fully meet working conditions and performance requirements of the imported hydraulic taphole drill machine.
