饲喂益生菌对海兰褐蛋鸡蛋品质的影响

摘要 本研究旨在探明益生菌对海兰褐蛋鸡蛋品质的影响。试验选取1800只健康无病、体况相近200日龄的海兰褐蛋鸡,随机分为3组,每组3个重复,每个重复200只鸡。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ组在基础日粮中添加1%植物乳杆菌,试验Ⅱ组在基础日粮中添加1%枯草芽孢杆菌,分别在试验30、60d后检测蛋品质。研究结果表明:饲喂1%植物乳杆菌和1%枯草芽孢杆菌30d时,可以显著提高蛋壳厚度、蛋壳强度和蛋黄颜色(P<0.05);试验60 d时,1%枯草芽孢杆菌可以显著提高蛋壳厚度,饲喂1%植物乳杆菌对蛋壳厚度影响不明显;饲喂1%植物乳杆菌和1%枯草芽孢杆菌都可以显著提高蛋黄颜色。说明饲喂植物乳酸菌和枯草芽孢杆菌可以提高海兰褐蛋鸡的蛋品质。 This study was conducted to investigate the effects of probiotics on the quality of Hyline brown laying hens.A total of 1800 healthy,disease-free,200-day-old Hyline brown laying hens were randomly divided into 3 groups with 3 replicates per group and 200 hens per replicate.Hens in control group were fed a basal diet,experiment groupI was fed a basal diet supplemented with 1%Lactobacillus plantarum,experiment group I was fed a basal diet supplemented with 1%Bacillus subtilis,and egg quality was detected after 30 days and 60 days.The results showed that feeding 1%Lactobacillus plantarum and 1%Bacillus subtilis for 30 days could significantly improve eggshell thickness,eggshell strength and yolk color(P<0.05).After 60 days of experiment,1%Bacillus subtilis could significantly increase eggshell thickness,while 1%Lactobacillus plantarum had no obvious effect on eggshell thickness.Feeding 1%Lactobacillus plantarum and 1%Bacillus subtilis can significantly improve yolk color.The results indicated that feeding plant Lactobacillus and Bacillus subtilis could improve the egg quality of Hyline brown laying hens.
