计及需求响应的联网型微电网储能容量随机规划方法 被引量:1

摘要 为了获取更理想的储能容量规划结果,在考虑功率平衡最优和需求响应的基础上,提出了一种新的联网型微电网储能容量随机规划方法。在需求响应条件下基于联网型微电网的运行模式和随机理论,将功率平衡最优作为规划目标,组建储能容量随机规划模型。利用改进粒子群算法对构建的储能容量随机规划模型进行求解,获取最优联网型微电网储能容量随机规划方案。实验结果表明:随着电容电量的不断增加,微电网的整体平衡能力开始变强;所提方法的能量平衡能力指标更高,储能额定电量容量更稳定,储能系统负荷更小,规划效率更高。所提方法能够更好地实现联网型微电网储能容量规划。 In order to obtain more ideal energy storage capacity planning results,a new stochastic planning method for energy storage capacity of interconnected microgrid was proposed on the basis of considering the optimal power balance and demand response.Under the condition of demand response,based on the operation mode and stochastic theory of networked microgrid,the optimal power balance was taken as the planning goal,and the stochastic planning model of energy storage capacity was established.The particle swarm optimization algorithm was used to solve the stochastic programming model of energy storage capacity,and the optimal stochastic programming scheme of energy storage capacity of interconnected microgrid was obtained.The experimental results show that with the continuous increase of capacitance,the overall balance ability of microgrid becomes stronger.The energy balance index of the proposed method is higher,the rated capacity of energy storage is more stable,and the load of energy storage system is smaller,planning efficiency is higher.The proposed method can better realize the energy storage capacity planning of networked microgrid.
