基于流场显示技术的冰污染平尾失速试飞技术

摘要 飞机结冰后的平尾失速(冰污染平尾失速)问题严重威胁着飞行安全。为深入研究飞机结冰后的平尾失速敏感性、建立优化的试飞状态矩阵,国内首次将流场显示技术应用于某型飞机带模拟冰型条件下的平尾失速敏感性验证试飞中。基于试飞中的流场特性和载荷响应,研究了试验飞机的平尾失速特性及失速裕度,对比分析了不同冰型、不同襟翼偏度、不同重心状态下飞机的平尾失速特性,建立了优化的试飞状态矩阵。结果表明:利用流场显示技术可以直观、有效地判断飞机结冰后的平尾失速敏感性以及临界试飞状态,对飞机气动设计的优化及试飞效率的提高具有重要意义。 The problem of tailplane stall after aircraft icing(ice-contaminated tailplane stall)has posed a serious threat to flight safety.In order to research on the sensitivity of ice-contaminated tailplane stall thoroughly and establish an optimized flight test state matrix,flow field display technology has been applied for the first time in China to ice-contaminated tailplane stall flight test of an aircraft.Based on the flow field characteristics and load response during flight test,the tailplane stall characteristics and stall margin of the aircraft were studied.In addition,the tailplane stall characteristics of the aircraft with different ice types,flap defections and center of gravity were analyzed,and an optimized flight test state matrix was established.The results indicate that using flow field display technology can intuitively and effectively determine the sensitivity of ice-contaminated tailplane stall and the critical flight test state,which is of great significance for optimizing aircraft aerodynamic design and improving flight test efficiency.
