紧固件松动对高压并联电抗器振动特性的影响研究

摘要 紧固件松动是导致高压并联电抗器振动加剧,进而引发故障的重要原因。本文采用多物理场耦合仿真软件建立了考虑内部结构件的三维全尺寸物理模型,仿真分析了紧固件松动对高压并联电抗器振动及其传播特性的影响。研究结果表明:铁芯饼及拉杆预紧力下降均会导致电抗器本体和外壳振动的加剧,且对芯柱顶端和外壳正面及侧面上部的振动影响更为明显;相比于拉杆,铁芯松动导致的振动增加更为显著。仿真结果可为基于声学振动信号的高压并联电抗器缺陷检测及故障诊断提供理论依据。 Fastener looseness is an important reason for the vibration intensification of high voltage(HV)shunt reactors,which leads to failures.In this paper,a three-dimensional full-size physical model considering internal structure is established by using multi-physical field coupling simulation software,and the influence of fastener looseness on vibration and propagation characteristics of HV shunt reactor is simulated and analyzed.The results show that the decrease of the preload of the iron core and tie rod will lead to the intensification of the vibration of the core and shell,the front and side of the shell is more obvious.Compared with the tie rod,the increase of vibration caused by the loosening of iron core is more significant.The simulation results can provide theoretical basis for defect detection and fault diagnosis of HV shunt reactors based on acoustic vibration signals.
