水轮机压力脉动作用下蒲石河抽水蓄能电站厂房振动响应分析 被引量:1

摘要 对蒲石河电站1号机组转轮进行国产化改造,改造后的水轮机组在压力脉动作用下对厂房共振及动力响应等进行计算。采用谐响应分析方法进行结构响应分析。根据模型试验得到的蜗壳和尾水管压力脉动幅值与主频,分别计算发电、抽水工况下蜗壳和尾水管压力脉动幅值和频率,并将蜗壳脉动分析结果和尾水管脉动分析结果进行叠加,得出发电、抽水工况下厂房结构在蜗壳压力脉动和尾水管压力脉动共同作用下的动力响应幅值。结果表明在压力脉动作用下,厂房结构动应力水平较低,远小于结构抗拉强度。厂房结构在抽水工况下的振动反应整体较小,而在发电工况下的振动反应整体较大,各结构部位的振动位移最大值、振动速度最大值、振动加速度最大值均满足预期。 The runner of No.1 unit of Pushihe Hydropower Station is modified domestically,and the resonance and dynamic response of the plant under the action of fluctuating pressure are calculated.The harmonic response analysis method is used to analyze the structural response.According to the amplitude and main frequency of the fluctuating pressure of the volute and the draft tube obtained from the model test,the amplitude and frequency of the pressure fluctuation of the volute and the draft tube under the conditions of power generation and pumping are calculated respectively,and the results of the volute pulsation analysis and the results of the draft tube pulsation analysis are superimposed to obtain the dynamic response amplitude of the powerhouse structure under the combined action of the fluctuating pressure of the volute and the fluctuating pressure of the draft tube under the conditions of power generation and pumping.The results show that under the action of fluctuating water pressure,the dynamic stress level of the powerhouse structure is low,which is far less than the tensile strength of the structure.The vibration response of the plant structure under the pumping condition is small as a whole,while the vibration response under the power generation condition is large as a whole.The maximum vibration displacement,maximum vibration velocity and maximum vibration acceleration of each structural part meet the expectations.
