纵观“一带一路”共建的十年,新疆坚持胸怀天下,站稳人民立场,守正创新共筑辉煌,积极汇集共同合作发展的最大公约数,努力在高质量推进“一带一路”核心区行稳致远中更多更好造福人民;坚持以党的创新理论推进优势资源为“一带一路”核心区高质量高速度发展赋能添动力,持续巩固拓展“一带一路”核心区建设成果。深化团结合作发展,共赴“一带一路”核心区建设新征程,必须坚定不移地坚守习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的魂和根,牢牢把握“六个必须坚持”,确保“一带一路”核心区建设的方向不偏、宗旨不变;把握好习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的世界观、方法论和贯穿其中的立场观点方法,深刻精准把握“一带一路”倡议和中国(新疆)自由贸易试验区总体方案的精髓,科学解决核心区建设面临的时代新课题;着力推进“一带一路”核心区建设理论与实践创新的体系化学理化;注重从各国丰富而生动的实践创造中汲取“一带一路”核心区建设的理论创新智慧;统筹推进国内和涉外法治,以良法善治保障和促进“一带一路”核心区健康发展。

In the last decade of construction of the“the Belt and Road”,Xinjiang has adhered to the overall viewpoint,upheld the fundamental stance of siding with the people,stuck to the principle of integrity and innovation to achieve success,actively gathered the greatest fruit of cooperation and development,and worked hard to bring benefits to the people in the process of promoting high-quality stability and long-term development in the core areas of the“the Belt and Road”.Under the guidance of the innovative theory of the Party,Xinjiang has utilized Superior Resource to promote the high-quality and high-speed development of the core areas in the“the Belt and Road”,and has been consolidating and expanding its construction achievements.The inspirations from the decade's construction are as follows.First,we must adhere to the essence of thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era and stick to the principles of PRC to ensure the proper construction direction and principle of the“the Belt and Road”.Second,learn the worldview,methodology,and standpoint and method of the socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era so as to deeply and accurately grasp the essence of the“the Belt and Road”initiative and the overall plan of China(Xinjiang) Pilot Free Trade Zone,and scientifically solve the new issues of the times facing the construction of the core areas.Third,systematize and scientifize the construction theory and innovative practice in building the core areas of the“the Belt and Road”.Fourth,draw the theoretical innovation wisdom from the rich and vivid practical creation of other countries.Finally,comprehensively promote the rule of law at home and abroad,to ensure the healthy development of the core areas of the“the Belt and Road”with good laws and good governance.
