摘要 产品的材料与用户的体验密切相关,用户在感知实物产品时,产品材料的感知体现在材料的特征被人接收并表现为知觉的这一过程中。本文从材料的感知特征出发,分析了在材料视觉和触觉感知中色彩、肌理、软硬度等特征对用户体验的影响,总结出设计师从材料的视角优化产品用户体验可以通过多感官体验、产品材料文化赋能和情感可持续三个方面进行,为产品的材料创新设计提供新的思路。 The material of the product is closely related to the user's experience.When the user perceives the physical product,the perceptual characteristics of the product material are reflected in the process in which the texture of the material is received and expressed as perception.Starting from the perceptual characteristics of materials,this article analyzes the impact of color,texture,softness and hardness on user experience in the visual and tactile perception of materials,and concludes that designers can optimize product user experience from the perspective of materials through multi-sensory experience,Product material cultural empowerment and emotional sustainability are carried out in three aspects,providing new ideas for product material innovation design.
