柿漆染麻的工艺实践与色彩变化研究

Research on the Process Practice and Color Change of Persimmon Lacquer Dyeing Hemp

柿漆是古代传统的天然染料,具备特殊的染色特征:日晒发色、味道酸臭和面料硬化,使得柿漆染色具备有良好的固色性和防水性。文章围绕柿漆的染色方法、染晒次数和染色媒介等条件,以麻面料为对象展开一系列染色实践。实践发现:柿漆在麻面料上具备有良好的染色性,以红褐色调为主,而如果使用铁媒进行媒染,则颜色会变灰、变黑。通过比较研究对比亚麻、苎麻两种麻面料,两者在染色色相上比较接近,不过亚麻面料的染色效果要优于苎麻面料,而苎麻面料在染色的均匀度上则相较更胜一筹。

Persimmon paint is a traditional natural dye in ancient times,which has special dyeing characteristics such as sunlight color,sour odor,and fabric hardening,making persimmon paint dyeing have good color fixation and waterproof properties.The article revolves around the dyeing methods,dyeing and drying times,and dyeing media of persimmon paint,and conducts a series of dyeing practices on linen fabrics.Practice has found that persimmon paint has good dyeing properties on hemp surface materials,with a predominantly reddish brown color tone.However,if iron medium is used for mordant dyeing,the color will turn gray and black.Through comparative research and comparison,linen and ramie fabrics are found to be similar in dyeing color,but the dyeing effect of linen fabric is better than that of ramie fabric,and ramie fabric is superior in dyeing uniformity.
