地方本科院校校企合作模式探索——以湖南工学院为例

Exploring the University-Enterprise Cooperation Model in Local Undergraduate Universities—Taking Hunan Institute of Technology as an Example

地方本科院校通常以培养应用技术技能型人才为主要任务之一,产教融合的校企合作对这类学校的发展具有重要意义。分析比较主要的校企合作模式可以发现共建合作模式在地方本科院校中具有一定的有利条件。湖南工学院进行了“一主六辅”共建合作模式的构建和实践,即:校企在“校企战略合作协议”主体框架下,从“人才培养”“科技合作”“实习基地”“就业基地”“订单培养”“企业捐赠”等6个方面开展合作,实现了校企优势互补的双赢目标。该模式在顶层设计的系统性、校企合作的协同性等方面可以为地方本科院校提供一些借鉴。

Local undergraduate colleges/universities usually take the training of applied technical and skilled talents as one of their main tasks.University-enterprise cooperation based on the industry-education integration is of great significance to the development of such universities.By analyzing and comparing the main university-enterprise cooperation modes,we find that the joint cooperation mode has certain favorable conditions in local undergraduate universities.Hunan Institute of Technology has carried out the construction and practice of the“one main and six auxiliary”cooperation mode,which is that under the main framework of“university-enterprise strategic cooperation agreement”,the university-enterprise cooperation is carried out from six aspects,i.e.,“talent training”,“scientific and technological cooperation”,“internship base”,“employment base”,“order training”and“enterprise donation”.This realizes the win-win goals of the university-enterprise complementary advantages.In terms of the systematic top-level design and the coordination of university-enterprise cooperation,this model may provide some reference for local undergraduate universities.
