Engineering Design Practice of Industrial Park Wastewater Treatment Plant:A Case Study of a Wastewater Treatment Plant in an Industrial Park in Yunnan,China

对云南某工业园区污水进水水质分析,确定了污水处理工艺,建成后的污水处理厂运行基本正常。本项目的设计过程与一般生活污水处理厂的设计不同,主要体现在环保方面,如设置污泥除臭、地下水监测井、事故池等环保措施。详细介绍了该项目的工艺流程、构建筑物设计、相关设计特点及需要注意的问题等。

The analysis of the influent water quality of an industrial park wastewater in Yunnan was conducted to determine the appropriate wastewater treatment process.The constructed wastewater treatment plant has been operating normally.During the design process,it was found that the design of the plant differs from that of a typical domestic wastewater treatment plant,mainly in terms of environmental protection measures such as sludge deodorization,groundwater monitoring wells,and accident tanks.By providing a detailed description of the process flow,building design,relevant design features,and important considerations,this study could serve as a reference for the construction of wastewater treatment plants in similar industrial parks.
