摘要
葡聚糖在猪营养中一直作为抗营养因子存在,需要在葡聚糖酶的辅助下才能被消化。然而,近些年研究发现不同来源的β-葡聚糖存在功能上的差异,部分β-葡聚糖具有激发机体免疫、改善肠道环境、吸附霉菌毒素、促进伤口愈合、预防癌症,以及抗氧化、降血糖、降血脂等生物学功能。本文就近年来酵母β-葡聚糖生物学功能及在猪上的应用研究进行综述,为其在生猪养殖中推广应用提供参考。
Glucans have always existed as an anti-nutritional factor in pig nutrition,and it can only be digested with the assistance of glucanase.However,medical and animal nutrition researchers have gradually found thatβ-glucans from different sources have different characteristics in recent years.Someβ-glucans have biological functions such as stimulating the body's immunity,improving the intestinal environment,absorbing mycotoxin,promoting wound healing,anti-tumor,as well as anti-oxidation,lowering blood sugar and lipid.In this article,the biological function and application of yeastβ-glucans in animals in recent years were reviewed,which provided reference for its application in pig husbandry.
