摘要
本文旨在研究日粮中添加β-胡萝卜素对海兰灰蛋种鸡生产性能和孵化性能的影响,并确定适宜添加剂量。试验选择45w海兰灰蛋种鸡800只,种公鸡200只,分为5个处理,分别在基础日粮中添加0、5、10、20、40 mg/kgβ-胡萝卜素(含量为10%)。试验期35 d。结果提示:(1)10、20 mg/kg组的产蛋率较对照组提高2.64%和2.34%(P>0.05)。(2)10 mg/kg组的精子密度和有效精子数分别较对照组高20.31%和38.24%(P<0.05)。40 mg/kg组射精量较对照组降低5.88%(P<0.01)。(3)5、10 mg/kg组受精率较对照组分别提高5.72%和6.62%(P<0.05),较试验开始时分别提高了1.35%、1.70%。(4)试验期间各组间出雏率无显著差异,10、20 mg/kg组入孵蛋健母雏率分别较对照组高7.70%和5.75%(P<0.05),试验中期时,20 mg/kg组受精蛋健母雏率较对照组提高6.17%(P<0.05)。研究表明,在蛋种鸡日粮中添加β-胡萝卜素能够提高其产蛋率、受精率和健母雏率,同时在精液品质提升方面具有重要作用,在日粮维生素A 15000 IU/kg时以添加10 mg/kg效果最佳。
The aim of this study was to research the effect ofβ-carotene on semen quality,fertilization rate and hatching performance of breeders and determine the appropriate dosage.A total of 800 Hy-line grey breeders and 200 cocks were divided into 5 treatments and supplemented with 0,5,10,20,40 mg/kgβ-carotene(10%)in the basal diet.The experiment lasted for 35 days.The results indicated that:(1)The laying rate of 10,20 mg/kg groups was increased by 2.64%and 2.34%compared with the control group(P>0.05).(2)The sperm density and effective sperm count in 10 mg/kg group were 20.31%and 38.24%higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The ejaculation volume of 40 mg/kg group was 5.88%lower than that of control group(P<0.01).(3)Compared with the control group,the fertilization rates in 5,10 mg/kg groups were increased by 5.72%and 6.62%,respectively(P<0.05),and increased by 1.35%and 1.70%compared with the beginning of the experiment.(4)There was no significant difference in the birth rate among all groups.The hatching rate of healthy female chicks in 10,20 mg/kg groups was 7.70%and 5.75%(P<0.05)higher than that in the control group.At the middle stage of the experiment,the healthy female chicks in 20 mg/kg group were 6.17%higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The results showed that addingβ-carotene could improve the laying rate,fertilization rate and healthy female rate,and it was important in the improvement of semen quality.Supplementation of 10 mg/kgβ-carotene had the best effect when the dietary vitamin A was 15000 IU/kg.
