摘要
在高校“双一流”建设中,构建科学有效的绩效评价体系至关重要。针对湖南科技大学的“353”战略目标,通过系统数据收集和分析,旨在明确设立清晰的KPI目标,保证与组织战略目标一致,建立有效的管理监控机制,同时提振高校师生的积极性和参与度。湖南科技大学绩效评价体系综合运用多种方法,相互补充,兼顾全面性与简洁性,确保实施可行性高。这将为高校发展提供明确方向与关键指标,推动高校自主评估,激励持续进步,实现近期目标,并强化战略目标的实现。
In the construction of“Double First-Class”universities,it is crucial to build a scientific and effective performance evaluation system.Based on the“353”strategic objectives of Hunan University of Science and Technology,through systematic data collection and analysis,the system aims to clearly set up clear KPIs,ensure consistency with the organization's strategic objectives,establish an effective management and monitoring mechanism,and at the same time,boost the motivation and participation of teachers and students in the university.The university performance evaluation system utilizes a combination of methods that complement each other,balancing comprehensiveness and simplicity to ensure feasible implementation.It will provide a clear direction and key indicators for the development of the university,promote self-evaluation of the university,stimulate continuous progress,achieve immediate goals,and strengthen the realization of strategic goals.
