摘要
课程是实现教育目标的关键途径,课程设置是教育过程的核心环节。社会工作专业教育要在中国取得显著成效,首先必须重视人才的培养。人才培养的关键是专业教育,而专业教育的核心是课程设置。近代社会工作教育家以满足中国现实社会的需要为目标,提出了以“研习训合一”、兼顾实务与研究、制定专业价值教育为准则的课程设置方案。近代高校的社会工作教育实践则推动了课程中国化的进程,使之有史可查,并成为社会工作教育的课程史资鉴。
Curriculum is the key means to achieve educational goals,and curriculum is the core part of the educational process.In order for social work to have a great effect in China,first of all,we must pay attention to the training of talents,and for the training of talents,the curriculum setting is the core of the professional education.Modern social work educators,with the goal of meeting“the needs of Chinese society”,have proposed a curriculum setting program based on the principle of“unity of study and training”,taking into account both practice and research,and highlighting professional value education.The practice of social work education in modern colleges and universities has promoted the process of sinicization of the curriculum,making it historically traceable and serving as a curriculum history reference for social work education.
