摘要
提升高校思想政治理论课教师“用学术讲政治”的能力是提升思想政治理论课质量的关键。通过设计问卷调查湖南省高校思想政治理论课教师对“用学术讲政治”的认知,剖析当前湖南省高校思想政治理论课教师“用学术讲政治”的不足之处,针对现存短板,从夯实高校思想政治理论课教师教学内功、配齐配强高校思想政治理论课教师队伍、搭建教研平台与优化教师能力提升环境三方面提出了提升湖南省高校思想政治理论课教师“用学术讲政治”能力的策略。
The key to improving the quality of ideological and political theory courses is to enhance the ability of ideological and political theory course teachers in colleges and universities to“talk politics via scholarship”.This study designs a questionnaire to investigate the cognition of ideological and political theory course teachers in colleges and universities in Hunan Province towards“talking politics via scholarship”.It analyzes the shortcomings of current ideological and political theory course teachers in colleges and universities in Hunan Province in“talking politics via scholarship”.In response to the existing shortcomings,it aims to strengthen the teaching skills of ideological and political theory course teachers in colleges and universities,provide and strengthen the teaching teams of ideological and political theory course teachers in colleges and universities,and build teaching and research platforms.Strategies are proposed to enhance the ability of ideological and political theory course teachers in Hunan Province to“talk politics via scholarship”.
