摘要
随着我国新能源汽车快速发展与市场规模的不断扩大,对私人领域新能源汽车用户行为特征的研究开始成为各个主流企业关注的焦点。文章以网络问卷的方式,通过随机抽样的原则对私人领域新能源汽车用户群体行为特征进行了调查,得出了用户人口学特征与车辆购买、使用以及充电等行为特征,为企业的产品定位与市场营销提供了一定的参考。
With the rapid development of new energy vehicles and the continuous expansion of market size in China,the study of user behavior characteristics of new energy vehicles in the private sector has become a focus of attention for various mainstream enterprises.This paper investigates the behavioral characteristics of new energy vehicle user groups in the private sector through the principle of random sampling in the form of online questionnaires,and obtains the demography characteristics of users and the behavioral characteristics of vehicle purchase,use and charging,which provides a certain reference for the product positioning and marketing of enterprises.
