王新陆教授认为,正虚邪盛是贯穿恶性肿瘤病变全过程的基本病机,虽然恶性肿瘤的发病部位、类型较多,然其要一也。临证时应抓住正虚邪盛这一基本病机,以扶正祛邪为根本治疗原则,在辨证与辨病施治的基础上,选用适当的方药。王教授在治疗恶性肿瘤时用药灵活,补益先行,祛邪抗癌,首创援药,擅于使用对药、虫类药物、有毒的药物等,疗效甚佳。

Professor WANG Xinlu holds that deficient healthy qi and excessive evil qi is the primary disease mechanism throughout the whole process of malignant tumor,though the locations and types are various.In the clinical treatment,the primary disease mechanism,deficient healthy qi and excessive evil qi,should be focused,with tonifying healthy qi and eliminating evil qi as the fundamental principles,to apply appropriate formulas and medicinals based on disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation.Professor WANG Xinlu prescribes medicinals with flexibility to achieve good effect,that is,tonifying first,eliminating evil qi against cancer,firstly inventing assisting medicinals,good at applied pair medicinals,insect medicinals and toxic medicinals.
