复方中草药对禽白血病鸡成活率及免疫性能的影响

摘要 为研究防治武定鸡白血病的有效手段,在饲料中分别添加5种复方中草药(剂量1(0.2%增免疫+0.2%抗病毒)、剂量2(0.4%增免疫+0.4%抗病毒)、剂量3(0.6%增免疫+0.6%抗病毒)、剂量4(0.8%增免疫+0.8%抗病毒)、剂量5(1%增免疫+1%抗病毒))饲喂90日龄染病鸡,分别在120、150、180、210日龄调查成活率和进行血液免疫指标C3、C4、IgA、IgG测定。结果表明,5种剂量复方中草药饲喂病鸡,对试验鸡生长无明显影响;不同剂量组120、150、180、210日龄血清中C3、C4、IgA含量均低于对照组(不添加复方中草药),且剂量1组120日龄C3、IgA含量显著低于对照组,剂量2组120日龄C4含量显著低于对照组,剂量2组210日龄C3、IgA含量显著低于对照组;免疫球蛋白IgG含量除180日龄外,120、150、210日龄各剂量组均低于对照组,且120日龄剂量2组血清中免疫球蛋白IgG含量显著低于对照组;添加复合中草药饲喂试验鸡120 d后,剂量1、2、3组成活率均不同程度高于对照组,且剂量2组成活率达93.33%,显著高于剂量4、5组,剂量2、3组还出现转阴现象。表明该复方中药配方可以提高武定鸡白血病感染鸡的成活率、免疫性能等,且具有抑制(或治疗)武定鸡白血病的效果,以剂量2组(0.4%抗病毒+0.4%增免疫)效果最佳。 In order to study the effective means of preventing and controlling Wuding chicken leukemia,in this study,five compound Chinese herbs were added into the feed to feed the infected chickens at the age of 90 days and the herbs were dose 1(0.2%of immunity enhancement+0.2%of antiviral),dose 2(0.4%of immunity enhancement+0.4%of antiviral),dose 3(0.6%of immunity enhancement+0.6%of antiviral),dose 4(0.8%of immunity enhancement+0.8%of antiviral),and dose 5(1%of immunity enhancement+1%of antiviral).Survival rate was investigated and blood immunity indexes of C3,C4,IgA,and IgG were determined at the age of 120,150,180,and 210 days,respectively.The results showed that feeding diseased chickens with 5 doses of compound Chinese herbs had no significant effect on the growth of the test chickens.the content of C3,C4,and IgA in the serum in the different dose groups was lower than that of the control group(no addition of Chinese herbs)at 120,150,180,and 210 days of age,and the content of C3 and IgA in the dose 1 group was significantly lower than that of the control group at 120 days of age,and the content of C4 in the dose 2 group was significantly lower than that of the control group at 120 days of age.The content of C3 and IgA in the dose 2 group was significantly lower than that of the control group at 210 days,the content of immunoglobulin IgG in each dose group was lower than that of the control group at 120,150,and 210 days except for 180 days of age,and the content of immunoglobulin IgG in the dose 2 group was significantly lower than that of the control group at 120 days of age.After feeding diseased chickens with addtion of the compound Chinese herbs for 120 days,the survival rate of dose 1,2,and 3 groups were higher than that of the control group to different degrees,and the survival rate of dose 2 group reached 93.33%,which was significantly higher than that of dose 4 and 5 groups,and the dose 2 and 3 groups also showed the phenomenon of turning negative.It indicated that this compound herbal formula could improve the survival rate and immunity performance of chickens infected by Wuding chicken leukemia,and had the effect of inhibiting(or treating)Wuding chicken leukemia,with the best effect in the dose 2 group(0.4%of antiviral+0.4%of immunity enhencing additive).
