坚持和发展新时代“枫桥经验”“浦江经验”推进基层社会治理现代化——第三届“辽沈法治论坛”综述

第三届辽沈法治论坛紧扣时代脉搏,结合辽宁实际,以“坚持和发展新时代‘枫桥经验’‘浦江经验’,推进基层社会治理现代化,服务保障辽宁全面振兴新突破三年行动”为主题,从时代性、实践性、创新性和体系性等四个维度研究阐释习近平法治思想;从逻辑框架、运行机制和保障体系等方面,探索加强新时代中国社会治理体系现代化建设的路径;以习近平法治思想为指导,研究加快推进基层社会治理的系统化、法治化、社会化建设;探讨将新时代“枫桥经验”“浦江经验”运用到社会工作特别是政法工作领域,促进公安、检察、审判、司法各司法机关业务工作全面发展,助力辽宁基层社会治理现代化迈上新台阶。

The 3rd Liaoshen Rule of Law Forum closely follows the pulse of the times and combines with the actual situation of Liaoning,with the theme of adhereing and developing‘Fengqiao Experience’and‘Pujiang Experience’in the new era,promoting the modernization of grassroots social governance and serving to ensure the three years’action of new breakthroughs in the comprehensive revitalization of Liaoning,to study and interpret Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule of law from the four dimensions of times,practicality,innovation and systematization;explore and strengthen the modernization of China’s social governance system in the new era from the aspects of logical framework,operating mechanism and guarantee system;study and accelerate the systematic,legal and social construction of grassroots social governance,guided by Xi Jinping’s Thought on the Rule of Law;explore the application of the“Fengqiao Experience”and“Pujiang Experience”in the new era to social work,especially the field of political and legal work,to promote the comprehensive development of the business work of judicial organs such as public security,procuratorial,trial,and judicial organs,to help the modernization of grassroots social governance in Liaoning reach a new level.
