基于循证的加速康复外科理念在老年全髋关节置换术围术期患者中的应用现状

Apelerated of Evidence-based Accelerated Rehabilitation Surgery in Perioperative Senile Patients with Total Hip Replacement

目的:探讨基于循证的加速康复外科理念在老年全髋关节置换术围术期患者中的应用。方法:本文对近10年基于循证的加速康复外科理念在全髋关节置换术中的应用相关研究加以综述。结果:加速康复外科理念真正体现了医学发展的方向和“以病人为中心”的理念和医学发展的方向。结论:加速康复外科理念有待多学科融合,拥有相适应的管理模式及临床实施的规范化流程,遵循循证医学证据,践行加速康复外科使患者最大获益和个体化原则。

Objective:To explore the application of evidence-based accelerated rehabilitation surgery in perioperative patients with total hip replacement.Methods:This paper revivew the application of evidence-based accelerated rehabilitation surgery in total hip replacement in the last decade.Results:The concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery truly reflects the direction of medical development and the patient-centered concept and the direction of medical development.Conclusion:The concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery meeds the integration of multiple disciplines,with appropriate management mode and standardized procedures for clinical implementation.It follows evidence-based medical evidence and practuces the principle of maximizing patient benefits and individuation of accelerated rehabilitation surgery.
