基于韧性理念的社区邻里中心模式研究

Research on the community neighborhood center model based on the concept of resilience

随着社会风险的来临,韧性城市建设备受关注,其中社会韧性担任着社会各部分之间的沟通联系的桥梁。它使得城市在面对外界不确定风险的时候,能够稳定有效地平衡城市的自身结构与城市的可持续发展。以金华市多湖里邻里中心为例,基于社会韧性理念,复合构建邻里中心的韧性模式。构成以安全-生态-服务-智慧模式于一体的综合功能单元和韧性空间结构。理论及研究为城市的精细化和邻里中心模式的多元化提供了一种新模式和新规划方法。

With the advent of social risk,much attention is being paid to the construction of resilient cities,where social resilience acts as a bridge between the various parts of society.It enables cities to balance their own structure and sustainable development in a stable and effective manner in the face of external uncertainty and risk.This paper takes the example of the Duohuli Neighbourhood Centre in Jinhua City and reviews and constructs a resilience model for the neighbourhood centre based on the concept of social resilience.It constitutes an integrated functional unit and a resilient spatial structure with a safety-ecology-service-wisdom model in one.The theory and research provide a new model and a new planning method for the refinement of the city and the diversification of the neighbourhood centre model.
