山区公路预制梁场绿色智能规划建设技术研究

摘要 山区公路桥隧比大,桥梁结构多为先简支后连续预制梁,采用架桥机沿路线方向分别架设。由于山区复杂环境预制梁场选址和临时征地困难,运梁通道难以打通。利用两座桥梁之间的路基范围用地建设梁场,向两侧桥梁运梁进行桥梁架设是一种绿色经济的方法。依托G312项目,通过对梁场进行集约化设计,达到充分利用场地,满足生产要求;基于BIM技术的预制梁场智慧管理,实现生产与安装过程精细化管控;梁场建设与生产过程采用多项绿色智能装备,显著提升预制梁质量和生产效率。 In mountainous regions,the ratio of bridges and tunnels to roads is high,and the bridge structures are mostly initially simple-supported followed by continuous prefabricated beams.These beams are installed separately using bridge erection machines along the route direction.Due to the complex terrain in mountainous areas,it is challenging to select suitable locations for prefabricated beam yards and acquire temporary land for constructing transport passages.Utilizing the land within the roadbed scope between two bridges for beam yard construction and transporting beams to both sides of the bridges for installation is considered an environmentally friendly and economically efficient approach.Leveraging the G312 project,an intensive design approach is employed for the beam yard to fully utilize the space and meet production requirements.Intelligent management of the prefabricated beam yard is achieved through BIM technology,ensuring precise control during the production and installation processes.The construction and production phases of the beam yard incorporate various green and smart equipment,leading to a significant enhancement in the quality of prefabricated beams and production efficiency.
