数字经济下黑龙江省制造业企业绿色创新发展对策研究

Green Innovation Development Countermeasures of Manufacturing Enterprises in Heilongjiang Province under Digital Economy

当前,以新一代信息技术为核心的数字经济正通过数字化促使实体经济不断转型,随之出现许多新兴产业模式,并推动数字经济时代我国制造业企业转型升级和可持续发展。目前黑龙江省制造业企业绿色创新转型面对数字经济核心技术薄弱、企业绿色创新能力不强、绿色技术人才支撑不足等制约因素。基于此,提出积极落实绿色创新政策、聚焦绿色技术创新、探索数字人才培养机制等创新发展策略,以期促进黑龙江省制造业企业可持续发展。

Taking a new generation of information technology as the core,the digital economy now is promoting the continuous transformation of the real economy through digitalization.The emergence of many new industrial models promote the transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing enterprises in the digital economy era and sustainable development.The green innovation transformation of manufacturing enterprises in Heilongjiang Province faces such constraints as weak core technology of digital economy,weak green innovation ability of enterprises,and insufficient support of green technical talents.Therefore,innovative development strategies such as actively implementing green innovation policies,focusing on green technology innovation,and exploring digital talent training mechanisms are proposed to promote the sustainable development of manufacturing enterprises in Heilongjiang Province.
