产业结构优化升级、OFDI与区域绿色发展效率提升

Industrial Structure Optimization and Upgrading,OFDI and Regional Green Development Efficiency Improvement

从理论上分析了产业结构优化升级影响绿色发展效率,以及通过OFDI的中介效应影响绿色发展效率的作用机理,使用2003—2017年我国30个省区市的面板数据构建计量模型进行了实证检验,得出结论:产业结构优化升级能够促进绿色发展效率的提升,产业结构升级对绿色发展效率的促进作用弱于产业结构优化。产业结构优化升级是我国OFDI的重要动因。产业结构优化升级能够通过OFDI的中介作用促进绿色发展效率提升,OFDI具有提升母国绿色发展效率的效应。

The study theoretically analyzes the effect of industrial structure optimization and upgrading on green development efficiency,as well as the mechanism of influencing green development efficiency through the intermediary effect of OFDI.Using panel data of 30 provinces,regions and municipalities in China from 2003 to 2017,the econometric model is constructed and empirically tested.Conclusions are drawn:the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure can promote the improvement of green development efficiency,but the promotion effect of industrial structure upgrading on green development efficiency is weaker than that of industrial structure optimization.The optimization and upgrading of industrial structure is an important motivation of OFDI in China.The optimization and upgrading of industrial structure can promote the improvement of green development efficiency through the intermediary role of OFDI,and OFDI has the effect of improving the green development efficiency of the home country.
