社会资本、动态能力与企业创新绩效的关系研究

The Relationship among Social Capital,Dynamic Capacity and Innovation Performance of Enterprises

利用层次回归分析以及Bootstrap检验,对我国东北地区A股151家制造业企业2018—2020年的相关数据进行了实证分析。以动态能力作为中介变量,研究社会资本对创新绩效的作用机制。研究表明:内部社会资本和外部社会资本均有利于企业创新绩效提升,企业的动态能力是影响企业创新绩效的部分中介因素。研究结论可为企业提升创新绩效提供理论依据。

Using hierarchical regression analysis and bootstrap test,the paper empirically analyzes the relevant data of 151 A-share manufacturing enterprises in northeast China from 2018 to 2020.Taking dynamic capability as the mediating variable,the paper studies the mechanism of social capital on innovation performance.The research shows that both internal social capital and external social capital are conducive to the improvement of firm innovation performance,and firm dynamic capability is part of the mediating factor affecting firm innovation performance.The research results can provide theoretical basis for enterprises to improve innovation performance.
