摘要
通过分析2017—2021年RCEP国家水产品的国际市场占有率、显性比较优势指数、贸易竞争力指数,运用熵值法测度出RCEP各国水产品出口竞争水平并进行排名。在对比分析中国与其他国家水产品综合竞争力水平的基础上,运用CMS模型对出口增长因素进行研究,结果表明:我国水产品出口竞争力的提升有助于水产品出口贸易额的增长,而产品结构效应和产品竞争力效应在一定程度上阻碍了我国水产品的出口,中国对RCEP水产品出口结构与RCEP成员国进口结构不能完全匹配,鲜活冷藏冷冻及腌甲壳软体产品竞争力较弱。因此,我国应积极调整水产品出口结构,加强水产品加工和生产的监管力度,保护水产养殖区,提高企业技术,制定相关优惠政策等措施以推动中国水产品出口竞争力的提升。
By analyzing the international market share,explicit comparative advantage index,and trade competitiveness index of RCEP countries'aquatic products from 2017 to 2021,the entropy method is used to measure the competitive levels of the product exports and to rank the levels.On the basis of comparative analysis of the comprehensive competitiveness levels of aquatic products between China and other countries,a CMS model is used to study the factors of export growth.The results show that the improvement of China's aquatic product export competitiveness is conducive to the growth of aquatic product export trade volume,while the product structure effect and product competitiveness effect to some extent hinder China's aquatic product export,China's aquatic product export structure to RCEP cannot fully match the import structure of RCEP member countries,and the competitiveness of fresh,refrigerated,frozen,and pickled crustacean soft products is weak.Therefore,China should actively adjust the export structure of aquatic products,strengthen supervision over aquatic product processing and production,protect aquaculture areas,improve the technology of enterprises,and formulate relevant preferential policies to promote the improvement of China's competitiveness in aquatic product exports.
